Our Process

First: we listen. Getting a clear communication of our client’s vision is primary. We become the third member of the team that is Owner, Architect, and Contractor. Once established we lay out a strategic plan that will meet project requirements, schedule, and budget.

A step-by-step plan to accomplish set goals is created and presented for client approval. We secure equipment and materials so they ship and are delivered on-site when needed ensuring an optimum completion on anticipated deadlines. We keep detailed personnel time logs and material lists that help keep expenditures in line with expectations.

We coordinate our crew, sub-contractors, and municipal permits and inspections. We keep an open and on-going client communication. Production updates are provided as needed. Finally, we provide a thorough post-construction follow-up with all aspects of the project satisfied.
